Based on the Intel Atom processor, the Shuttle x27 will idle at 23 watts, and will consume 36 watts when in use, and is reportedly quieter than your bedroom.

No idea on how much the x27 will cost, but I’d be pretty interested in it if it can come with a second ethernet port!
